Lovely Gymnastics






  • Gymnastics is a sport that involves physical exercise, so that requires balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and endurance. Also, the movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest and abdominal muscle groups.

    Alertness, precision, boldness, self-confidence and self-discipline are mental traits, as they can be developed through gymnastics evolved from exercises used by the ancient Greeks that included horse riding and dismounting skills or circus performance skills.
